Review: Chris' Towing
[Oct/2001] Appearing as if by magic, unbidden, when my truck died late one night after returning from a business trip out of town, the owner of this towing service not only took care of me and my
truck, but also handled my paranoia of giving my truck to a stranger.
Tipped off by another of his drivers that a Dodge Truck was dead on the road, he came out to make sure I was OK without my calling him.
Since he was affiliated with the local Dodge dealer and had been for many years (from the Dodge logos on his truck), I had him tow my truck directly to them.
He waited patiently with me while my wife drove out to pick me up. He had a very clean tow vehicle and a very pleasant attitude, warning me about standing in the road (duh!) when I wandered out that way.
I was very nervous about giving my truck to someone I had not met before, but he was very understanding and gave me a card and
a professional receipt showing where he had picked up the truck and where he was taking it.
The cost was also very reasonable, less than $60.
I highly recommend this towing service!
[Aug/2002] We had occasion to call on this towing service again when a friend's car had mechanical problems.
Chris' Towing immediately sprung to mind. We still have to recommend
this service! The driver who responded was the same as the one who towed us, and he actually remembered my wife and I.
Same professionalism as before and he was enjoyable to talk with. Still a very reasonable cost too.
[Jun/2003] Same friend, same car, but no longer a listing for Chris' Towing. I guess they've gone out of business.
