Dynamic Audio/Video of Houston, TX

From our own experiences, I have to recommend against doing business with this company. We currently have a lengthly complaint on file with the Houston Better Business Bureau (BBB) about this company. Worse yet, they answered the original BBB complaint with non-factual statements easily disproved using their own documents and receipts.

While the equipment sold by this company was usually sold at a fair price and without pressuring us, having work done by their installation staff resulted in our computer network and phones being dead, with a promise to return to fix it not until the following week. Additionally, the installers missed the appointment time by almost 4 hours, causing me to loose half a day of work. They also arrived without the necessary parts, and had to spend an hour returning to the main office to retrieve them, during which I had to pay the regular rate.

In the end, I finally gave up, asked them not to return, and fixed the entire mess myself, which required me to purchase several new jacks and rewire 4 outlets so the wiring was not crossed.

I was still required to pay the full cost of the installation, though, because until I did, the owner would not return a damaged speaker that he sold to me and which I took in for replacement.

We will never do business with this company again.
