Review: Rainforest Irrigation
We recommend this business for installing sprinkler systems. They were
one of the lowest prices businesses we found, but we thought their installation was much better
than a number of systems our neighbors had installed.
The best part of the installation, aside from the quality of the installation, was how well
they replaced the dirt and topsoil. After the installation, you could almost not tell how
much dirt and topsoil had been moved to do it; they replaced the soil and tamped it down,
leaving a good looking lawn when they were done. Many of our neighbors had installations that looked
bad for weeks afterwards.
The pricing was very good and once of the lowest we found. Still, they used
quality rainbird parts.
If you have your own system installed, be sure to ask for flexpipe at each sprayer. This
flexpipe will prevent the sprayer heads from breaking off from the underground pipe if the
ground moves or they are stepped on, very useful here in Houston with the dry conditions
and mud-based soils.
